Hello,
This will be my last weekly note of the season as Saturday sees the final game for the club. The third team play East Grinstead 2s in the Sussex Shield Final. The game is at Crawley with a 1:30 kick off. There are two other Sussex finals at 11:30 & 4:00 so plenty of rugby to watch.

On Sunday the Colts lost a hard-fought game against Jersey in the Sussex Colts Cup semi-final, the women’s seconds also lost away at Jersey on Saturday. The Colts game was Jay Holt’s last game in charge of the Colts, after 17 years helping coach teams across the club. On behalf of all at the club I would like to say a big thank you for his time and efforts over the years and I hope he enjoys a few lazy Sundays.

There are a large number of items of clothing and assorted lost property in the clubhouse, if you think any of it may be yours please contact clubhouse@hoverugby.club. Property will be kept until end of May after which time it will be given to charity, with the exception of boots that will remain in our boot box.
