2. Apply for an Award

In order to be considered for an award then you need to complete the application form below. You need to click on the link and you will download a Microsoft Word document. Save this to your device and then complete the details.

Once completed, then you should email info@friendsofhoverugby.org.uk and attach the form to the mail.

Once the form has been received we will turn it round as quickly as we can. If we need more information from you then we will contact you by one of the methods you give us on the form.
