It was a sunny and fresh day and a great result for Hove Vets.
It may of been a struggle to get a fully fit team together for kick off but no such challenges on the pitch. 10 tries scored in total and 6 conversion by 4 different kickers.
Big thanks to all the vets who came along to support the team and make themselves available.

As always, we must offer our thanks to Crawley for agreeing to the fixture and their efforts did not stop until the whistle sounded.
A whistle blown by our manager for the day, not the starting referee Nick Garrish. In celebration of his 'significant' birthday he not only looked resplendent in a LBD whilst refereeing the game for 60 minutes, he then played the last 20 at No 9 for the vets and was clearly the best 9 on the pitch. Congratulations Nick
