Hove make 3 changes to the starting fifteen that defeated Maidstone last week. Bryn Garrish comes in for Rene Pavlides on the wing, Charlie Knight comes in for Jerome Pye and Tyler Hooper steps up to replace Chris Knott.
Chris suffered a serious injury on Tuesday night and we hope he makes a quick recovery. On the bench, the only other changes sees Alex Maguire come in as front row replacement and Carles Casanova Galindo come in as backs replacement.
Hove will be looking to continue their momentum against a strong Crowborough side who have got some impressive results so far, they currently sit above Hove in the table so it’s an important fixture for both sides.
Assistant Coach Jack Newton said “it’s been a tough week with the injury to Chris but I’m really proud of the boys pulling together, we have a lot of competition for places this week so it’s been a nice headache to have for the coaches. We know Crowborough are going to be strong but we have to trust in our patterns and systems and front up from minute 1”.
Kick off at the rec is at 3pm. The club will also be open for all the World Cup quarter finals in the morning.
