Hello,
I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine and are looking forward to the long Easter weekend
Just a few reminders this week.
First off thanks to those who have already been in touch but would be great to get a few more to help us run some events celebrating having the Women’s Rugby World Cup in the city. Drop me an email on geraldine.brown@hoverugby.club
We have the whole club day on Sunday 11th, with mixed touch rugby; BBQ and fun activities for all. Full details including how to register to play are on the website. Celebrate the Season with Hove RFC’s All Club Day
The walking rugby will be kicking off soon. Walking Rugby is for all abilities and is a mixed gender version of the sport. It was created to provide a pathway into rugby for those new to the sport and a way for those injured or retired from contact versions of the game, to continue playing. Training will initially be on Wednesday evenings. If you are interested in playing, please register your interest by sending your name and telephone number to walkingrugby@hoverugby.club
A big shout out to Graeme the minis’ chair who has been doing some brilliant work this week helping with kicking off the pitch repairs. Now we need just a bit more rain – hopefully overnight so we can still enjoy some warm spring days!
And finally, applications are open for the Autumn Internationals at Twickenham. All details on the website. Applications need to be sent in by 22nd April to meet RFU deadlines. Autumn Internationals Tickets 2025
