2025 Six Nations U18 Women’s festival update

Hove RFC is absolutely thrilled to celebrate one of its own, Lucia Dickinson (17, Flanker), who is proudly representing Ireland at the 2025 Women’s U18 Six Nations Festival. The club and community are beaming with pride as Lucia made a stellar impact in Ireland’s opening match against England, culminating in a convincing 21–0 victory.

Facing a traditionally strong England side, Ireland weathered early pressure and broke through early, but it was in the final moments of the match that Lucia Dickinson etched her name into the spotlight. With the clock in the red, she powered over the line to score Ireland’s final try of the match, capping off a dominant performance and sealing the perfect start to the tournament.

Lucia’s try not only put the cherry on top of a brilliant team performance but also showcased her strength, awareness, and relentless drive. Qualities well-known to all at Hove RFC. Her achievement reflects the commitment and talent that she has consistently displayed both on and off the field.
