At Hove RFC, there’s a place for every player:
• Mini & Youth Teams (Boys and Girls U5 -U18)
Fun, inclusive training sessions Thursdays and Sundays throughout the season. New players are encouraged to come down, try a session and get integrated into a supportive community
• Women's 1st XV
Training every Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Hove Rec. The women competing in National Challenge 1, with an experience coaching team focusing on player progression from beginner to championship level.
• Men’s 1st, 2nd & 3rd XV
With a strong senior men’s presence competing in Counties 1 Surrey/Sussex, The men have an expert coaching team, whether you're pushing for peak performance or playing for fun, there’s a squad for you.
• Walking Rugby & Vets Teams
Designed for fitness, fun, and community connection. The Women’s Touch Vets and Walking Rugby teams offer no high-impact contact, The Men’s Contact Vets team offer a thriving social side, perfect for staying active.
