A Cambridge Blue, Bath Premiership player and European Cup winner, Rusty coached
the highly successful England U18s, winning age group world cups and helping
players like Farrell, Ford and Itoje to become international stars. 12 months ago he left
the RFU and setup the Magic Academy with his fellow England coach John Fletcher,
to help grassroots and schools coaches understand how to give their players the best
learning experience possible. He is an acknowledged expert on skill acquisition,
developing decision making and player leadership. He is also a top bloke and you’ll
love spending time with him.
