After what we expect to be an amazing Womens Rugby World Cup over in Ireland, Hove Rugby Club would like to welcome local Women to discover their #InnerWarrior . The session will be fun and free and lead by our friendly club coaches and current players. The event will be suitable for all experiences and abilities so don't worry if you've never picked up a rugby ball, we will make sure you are looked after and taught the basics of the game and get fit while doing so!
We know that starting something new can be a daunting experience, so feel free to bring a friend with you and if not we will buddy you up with one of our current players who will help and support you during the session.
